Search county parcel data records by city, county, address, categories of land use, value ranges, acreage, and more. Generate complete reports or narrow your focus to generate only property details, sales history, or lisiting price comparisons to properties of comparable value. Include Visre street-level photography for verification or data enhancement purposes.

Property Records

Property Detail Reports bring properties into perspective. Ingesting and presenting property descriptions and pricing from MLS as well as assessed value and sales history from county tax records, Visre property records define the property as a whole. Parcel number, address, subdivision name, latitude and longitude coordinates, legal description and more are included. Combine this with Visre street-level photographs of the home and satellite imagery with property boundaries for a full-featured property synopsis.

Resale Comparisons

Generating a comparable property resale report takes a few moments. With Visre resale reports each comparable property comes with an up-to-date photograph. The resulting report identifies comparable properties and their distance from the subject property, and can even map them on screen showing their distances in relation to one another.
